MANAJEMEN KEPERAWATAN DALAM MENURUNKAN KELELAHAN PADA PASIEN KANKER PAYUDARA STADIUM LANJUT : LITERATURE

Background: Breast cancer is a malignant tumor that forms from breast cells that grow and develop
uncontrollably so that it can spread between tissues or organs near the breast or to other parts of the body. Various kinds of treatment in cancer patients, usually using drugs-medicine chemotherapy which has various
side effects. Fatigue is the side effect of chemotherapy that most patients complain about. Aim: Identify
literature studies nursing management to reduce fatigue in advanced breast cancer patients. Method: Research
Design Literature Review, on line database is a journal Science Direct, PubMed (NCBI, Spinger. Journals used
within period 2015-2020, search using Population: patients cancer with fatigue, intervention: fatigue
management, comparison: none, outcome: explain the condition of fatigue management, study design:
Systematic Review and randomized control and trial. Result: Obtained 34 journal, after selected using
inclusion and exclusion criteria, through the prism diagram it is obtained to be 10 journal. Conclusion: After
conducting a literature review study related to the management of fatigue in cancer patients, there are several
types of management that can be done or applied to cancer patients who experience the side effects of fatigue, including: Management fatigue with non-pharmacological treatments such as Physical Activity, Cognitive
